5. Return Policy (Strict Conditions Apply)

Returns will be considered only if all the conditions below are fulfilled:

  • An unedited, continuous opening video of the parcel is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The shipping label

    • The complete unboxing process

    • The damaged or incorrect product is clearly visible

  • The video must be genuine, clear, and without any cuts or edits.

⚠️ No opening video = No return or replacement.

6. Transit Damage Disclaimer

  • We ensure proper quality checks and secure packaging before dispatch.

  • However, minor damages caused during transit (such as slight dents, scratches, or cracks) are beyond our control.

  • No return, replacement, or refund will be provided for minor transit damages.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risk of minor transit-related damages.

7. Eligibility for Replacement (If Approved)

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Approval of replacement is solely at the discretion of VJ Makeup after reviewing the opening video.

  • If approved, replacement will be processed for the same product only (subject to availability).

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • In rare cases where an order is cancelled by VJ Makeup due to unforeseen reasons, customers will be notified accordingly.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • VJ Makeup is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
